Job Summary:
The Duty Engineer will troubleshoot, diagnose, make minor repairs and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, generally after regular business hours. Working under minimal supervision, this position will answer and address duty calls from Public Safety, perform regular rounds of building mechanical rooms, investigate potential issues, adjust building automation system which serves HVAC equipment, inspects and performs regular preventative mai...
