**Job Title: Duct Work Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking Duct Work Assemblers to join our team on the first shift. The work hours are from 6am to 2:30pm, with potential overtime before 6am and some Saturdays from 8am to 4pm. This role involves assembling duct work, using hand and power tools, and requires standing for up to 10 hours a day. The assembler will work at a designated station and must be adept at reading tape measures and basic blueprints.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble ductwork using hand and air driven tools.
+ Wrap ends of duct work.
+ Assist with loading ductwork onto trucks using a hand truck.
+ Clean shop work area, empty trash, and metal scraps.
+ Assist with trimming, filing, grinding, deburring, and buffing of metal surfaces.
+ Perform welding area tasks such as hammering, chipping, and grinding workpieces to cut, bend, and straighten metal.
+ Safely operate power tools.
