Dual Language Program Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

As a Program Manager of Dual Language Programs, you’ll leverage experience with effective content-based language instruction, instructional coaching, and biliteracy pedagogy to drive academic outcomes for emergent bilingual students. You'll serve as a language acquisition expert, utilizing your understanding of Dual Language, Transitional Early Exit, and CBLI frameworks and evidence-based language strategies to drive academic achievement and language development across primary grade bands and content areas. 

With a focus on effectively implementing KIPP Texas's multilingual products and frameworks, such as Amplify, El camino al éxito, Paired Literacy, Summit K12, 7 Steps to a Language-Rich Interactive Classroom, and dual-language simultaneous biliteracy instruction, you’ll directly coach teachers, Assistant Principals of Student Support and school leaders on effective strategies to support multilingual...
