Job Description
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Candlewood Suites Lenexa is looking for our next Dual Assistant Chief Engineer.
BASIC PURPOSE
: The Assistant Chief Maintenance Engineer assists the Chief
Maintenance Engineer in overseeing the maintenance, repair, safety, and preventative maintenance programs for the hotel. This position supports the operation of all building systems, guest rooms, public areas, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient,
and well-maintained property. The Assistant Chief Maintenance Engineer provides leadership to maintenance team members, assists with departmental administration,
and serves as acting department head in the absence of the Chief Maintenance
Engineer.

Assist in planning, directing, and supervising daily maintenance operations,
