Key Responsibilities
- File Preparation: Converting and adapting customer artwork into exact file formats required by digital, offset, or large-format printers. (1)
- Layout & Typesetting: Organizing text, images, and graphics into visually pleasing, well-balanced formats using dedicated software. (1, 2)
- Pre-Press Checks: Verifying technical specifications such as resolution, color modes, bleeds, crop marks, and overprints to prevent printing errors. (1)
- Image Editing & Proofing: Retouching photographs, correcting colors, and creating physical or digital proofs for client approval. (1, 2)
- Coordination: Liaising with clients, designers, and production teams to meet deadlines and maintain brand guidelines.
