DSP (Direct Support Professional)

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) at CareMax Senior Solutions provides compassionate, non-medical in-home support to adults with developmental disabilities, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Support is delivered within the comfort and familiarity of each person’s own home, where routines, independence, and personal choice are respected. Providing care in a home setting allows DSPs to build meaningful relationships, offer consistent one-on-one support, and help people feel safe, empowered, and valued in their daily lives.
