Driver Support Specialist

Al Ghurair is seeking a customer-support oriented professional to act as the primary point of contact for drivers. The role focuses on resolving payments, commissions, shifts, and policy queries, while ensuring first contact resolution and adherence to service standards.

The candidate will own cases end-to-end, document interactions, and collaborate with Operations, Fleet, and Accounts to drive issues to closure. Strong numerical awareness and confidentiality are required.
