Overview
Position: Warehouse/Delivery Associate (Seasonal, Full Time). This role accelerates business value by loading, stacking products, and directing vehicles into parking spaces. Demonstrates core values and lean principles to facilitate continuous improvement in collaboration with leadership and teams.
Responsibilities
- Load/unload and stack ice at customer or driver direction.
- Assist driver to complete deliveries safely, courteously, and with a customer‑oriented approach.
- Maintain good housekeeping of vehicle and delivery area; clean up the area after deliveries.
- Guide drivers when backing or parking vehicles.
- Assist with counting and loading/unloading of returned product.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Report all accidents and injuries, regardless of severity.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and other process guidelines.
