Overview
As a Driver Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing a team of drivers in the city of Gujrat. Your primary role will be to ensure timely and safe transportation of goods and passengers while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Plan routes for drivers
- Monitor driver performance and provide coaching and feedback when necessary
- Maintain vehicle maintenance records
- Ensure that all vehicles are kept clean and in good condition
- Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and safe transportation in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a driver, preferably in a supervisory or management position
- A valid driving license
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively lead and manage a team
