- Manage daily Driver Centre operations.
- Monitor driver enquiries and support cases.
- Coordinate driver onboarding and documentation.
- Monitor JoyClass training execution and attendance.
- Support training-related driver enquiries.
- Coordinate with Operations for training logistics.
- Contact drivers and follow up on JoyClass training attendance, document submissions, and operational requirements.
- Manage driver communications across official channels.
- Support driver engagement activities and operational campaigns.
- Handle driver walk-in support cases.
Operational Responsibilities
- Review driver support cases and identify root causes.
- Review JoyClass attendance and training effectiveness.
- Coordinate Driver Centre activities and execution.
- Work closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to support driver needs.
