You'll be the face of the business in customers' homes - providing helpful demos, safe installations and outstanding service.
What you'll do
- Safely deliver, install and demonstrate white goods, televisions and cookers at customers' homes.
- Keep customers informed and confident throughout the delivery and installation, following best-practice guidance.
- Maintain regular contact with your site/team during the day to manage changes, escalate unexpected issues and adapt plans.
- Use a handheld device to log visits and capture customer signatures.
- Liaise with manufacturers at point of delivery when required.
