Airswift is searching for a Drilling Operations Managerto join a leading oil & gas operator in Villahermosa, Mexico.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing drilling and well intervention projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost control.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and supervise drilling, completion, and workover operationsDevelop and monitor operational programs (POA)Coordinate logistics, materials, and third‐party servicesEnsure compliance with well integrity and regulatory requirementsLead operational reviews and continuous improvement initiativesInterface with clients and internal stakeholdersRequirementsDegree in Petroleum Engineering10+ years of experience in drilling operationsStrong knowledge of well design, drilling techniques, and well integrityExperience in HPHT, deep wells, or complex environments is preferredLeadership and project management skillsAdvanced English
