We are seeking a Design Release Engineer (DRE) to support the development and release of safety restraint systems for global vehicle programs. This role is responsible for the design, development, validation, and release of key safety components including airbags, seat belts, and steering wheel systems, ensuring compliance with global standards and successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and release of restraint system components (airbags, seat belts, steering wheel). Manage engineering deliverables including DFMEA, DVP&R, change notices, and compliance reports. Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, purchasing, and program management.
