Drama/Artistic Education K-Grade 5

The successful candidate

will: Deliver engaging Kindergarten–Grade 5 drama instruction. Integrate music, rhythm, movement, puppetry, and storytelling into lessons. Foster creativity, confidence, collaboration, and communication. Support literacy development through dramatic expression and oral language. Plan age-appropriate performances and celebrations throughout the school year. Organize signature school events, including performances and drama showcases. Collaborate with classroom teachers to connect drama with literacy, social studies, science, and other curricular areas. Work collaboratively with Educational Assistants, school staff, Elders, and community members. Create an inclusive, safe, and encouraging learning environment where every student feels successful.
