​BCC Engineering, a Parsons Company, is looking forward to hiring an experienced Drainage Engineer! In this role, you will be trained and mentored under supervision in the utilization of engineering theories and practices and gain valuable exposure to company standards and exciting projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform spread calculations, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design, drainage tabulation analysis, drainage map delineation, and Bridge Scour Analysis to create drainage plans for GDOT and other client, with guidance provided on assigned tasks as required
Use Groundwater modeling to create cohesive drainage designs
Work with internal and external sources on Environmental Resource Permitting (ERP) of projects
Approach tasks with an open mindset; propose innovative solutions to design problems
Prepare engineering reports and contract documents for review
