About The Role Join HomeServe as a Drainage Engineer and play a vital role in keeping our customers' homes running smoothly. Location: Chelmsford Salary: £37,220 - £41,810 (depending on experience) + £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year Hours: You will average 40 hours per week (including evenings, weekends and bank holidays) What you'll be doing As a Drainage Engineer, you'll be working in customer's homes diagnosing and resolving drainage issues. Your day-to-day will include: Clearing blockages using high-pressure water jetting (HPWJ) equipment Investigating drainage problems and identifying root causes Carrying out repairs to domestic drainage systems Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service Representing HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy in your work.
