Job Description

Requirements
:
Proficient in SolidWorks 3D CAD Software.

Strong mechanical aptitude through a combination of education or experience.

Effective communication skills regarding mechanical components, fabrication techniques, assembly, and installation techniques.

Mechanical engineer/technician, drafting technician, welder, fabricator, or millwright with drafting experience would be preferred.

Working knowledge of materials in terms of machinability, welding, strength, corrosive resistance, compatibility is an asset.

Working knowledge of structural systems, load capacity in design and bolt sizing an asset.

Computer software competence.

Able to understand dimensions in metric and imperial systems.

Must have a “Safety First” mentality.
