Draftsperson - Architectural Woodworking (Millwork)

We are seeking an experienced Drafter / Draftsperson – Architectural Woodworking (Millwork) to produce precise, build-ready shop drawings for custom architectural millwork. This role is critical in bridging design intent with efficient manufacturing, ensuring accuracy before production hits the shop floor.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$40/hour, based on experience and capability

• Overtime paid in accordance with provincial guidelines
• Minimum 40 hours per week, in-person role

Key Responsibilities

• Produce clean, accurate, and production-ready shop drawings
• Interpret architectural and conceptual drawings into detailed millwork packages
• Develop sections, elevations, technical details, and material take-offs
