Scope Of Position
Responsible for leading and managing the Drafting team members. This includes holding accountability to the staff and business operations of the department to achieve best-in‑class quality and accuracy of work performed. Increase customer satisfaction levels while improving the impact and influence of the department team members.

Continually provides leadership, direction, and training to drafting team to ensure high levels of accuracy, on‑time, and service to our customers.
