Position Summary

The Door Security team member plays a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests at The Taphouse Coquitlam. This position combines security, customer service, and crowd management to ensure every guest can have a great time while maintaining a respectful and secure atmosphere. Responsibilities include monitoring guest behavior, checking identification, enforcing venue policies, and responding professionally to incidents or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Verify identification and ensure compliance with BC liquor laws and venue policies.
• Monitor guest conduct and maintain a safe environment throughout the venue.
