Key Responsibilities New business to be activated on system, following approval from the Insurer / Binder Manager. Ensure all Compliance documents are on file, & if not to query New Business sent to insured within 31 days of inception. New business must include policy schedule, disclosure notice, policy wording & compliance docs signed by policyholder. Send out renewal listing to broker Prepare / Request Terms from Insurers 60 days prior to renewal date. Renewal schedules are to be sent to policy holder. Inclusive of disclosure notice, policy wording and adjustments made to the policy. Phone the insured prior to the forthcoming renewals debit order collection cut off. Broker Renewals: Ensure renewal meeting diary entry in brokers flexi diary. Ensure current letter of appointment and debit order authority on file.
