We are currently recruiting for a Domestic Abuse Floating Support Worker to provide vital support to individuals affected by domestic abuse across Penygroes, Gwynedd and the surrounding area. Your responsibilities will include:
Provide high-quality practical and emotional support to individuals affected by domestic abuse, helping them live safely, rebuild confidence, and achieve greater independence 
Complete referrals, needs assessments, risk assessments, and personalised support plans 
Maintain positive, professional, and trauma-informed relationships with service users, offering person-centred support focused on positive outcomes and wellbeing
