Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD) and Ping Ops Operations Support
Provide operational support for Microsoft Entra and Ping Ops, including reporting, production deployment, application onboarding, version upgrades, configuration changes, and SOX audit compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and Ping Ops.
- Generate and maintain operational reporting.
- Support production deployment and application onboarding.
- Execute version upgrades of LDAP Gateway on a quarterly basis.
- Implement and manage configuration changes.
- Assist with SOX audit activities.
Skill Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and Ping Ops Identity Access Management.
