Lead daily operations at Dollarama's multiple store locations as the District Manager. Focus on team building, sales performance, and maintaining high standards in store execution.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the District Manager oversees a range of 10 to 18 stores. Responsibilities include managing daily activities, recruitment, coaching staff, and financial reporting. Candidates will bring energy and business acumen to foster a productive retail environment and achieve both sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations across assigned stores
• Build and mentor a high-performing store management team
• Analyze performance metrics and drive store results
• Ensure compliance with Dollarama’s and suppliers’ programs
• Participate in store openings and recruitment efforts
