Project Overview
The DocuSign CLM Analyst will support the Enterprise Business Systems team within the EPMO by providing day to day functional and technical support for DocuSign CLM and related contract lifecycle management technologies. This role will serve as a key liaison between business users, IT, and external partners to ensure the CLM platform is stable, efficient, and continuously improved.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
Provide daily support and triage for DocuSign CLM, including issue identification, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution. Partner with business users to understand CLM workflow needs, configuration requests, and enhancement opportunities.
