Job Description
Responsibilities
:Administer DocuSign eSignature & CLM (users, permissions, templates, workflows, reporting).
Build and maintain standardized, data-driven templates and reusable components.
Partner with architects and business SMEs to design and digitize end-to-end document workflows.
Lead requirements gathering, UAT, release management, and production deployments.
Support governance, compliance, security, and audit requirements.
Create job aids, deliver training, and support change management for internal users.
Contribute to CoE standards, best practices, and platform health monitoring.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience administering DocuSign (eSignature and/or CLM) or ability to upskill quickly.
Strong coordination, organization, and attention to detail.
