Job Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Administer DocuSign eSignature & CLM (users, permissions, templates, workflows, reporting).

  • Build and maintain standardized, data-driven templates and reusable components.

  • Partner with architects and business SMEs to design and digitize end-to-end document workflows.

  • Lead requirements gathering, UAT, release management, and production deployments.

  • Support governance, compliance, security, and audit requirements.

  • Create job aids, deliver training, and support change management for internal users.

  • Contribute to CoE standards, best practices, and platform health monitoring.

  • Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience administering DocuSign (eSignature and/or CLM) or ability to upskill quickly.
