You are responsible for preparing shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, COO, Insurance certificates, etc.;
You check documents and ensure accurate administration;
You maintain contacts with shipping agencies, the DHL network, carriers, and customers;
You provide excellent customer service and follow-up;
You work very accurately and are used to working under time pressure;
Profiel
You have at least 2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding;
You have strong documentation and Letter of Credit knowledge;
You are familiar with Incoterms;
You have good computer skills with basic knowledge of Excel, Word, etc.;
You have an excellent command of English (both written and spoken);
You are willing to come to the office daily (remote work is not possible);
You work accurately and organized and are a team player;
