Job Description

Responsibilities:

Review and validate claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable policies, contracts, and legal standards

Analyze complex and legacy claims, including historical files that may be incomplete, technical, or difficult to interpret

Conduct detailed document review in both French and English, ensuring consistency and accuracy across bilingual materials

Perform discovery-related tasks, including document review, issue spotting, and organization of materials for legal proceedings

Execute privilege review to identify and appropriately categorize protected or confidential documents.
Qualifications:
2+ years of claims, investigations, employment experience

Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments

Strong attention to detail (document-heavy review work)
