Job Responsibilities
- Manage and control company documents in both hardcopy and electronic formats.
- Ensure proper document filing, version control, and record maintenance.
- Distribute, track, and update documents according to company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain document control registers and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Support audit processes by providing required documentation.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in document control or administrative support.
- Familiar with document management systems (DMS) is an added advantage.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
