Document & Business Solutions - Operations Supervisor

Job Description

As a Document & Business Solutions (DBS)-Operations Supervisor, you are responsible for end-to-end oversight and execution of mail, scanning, and print operations. This role requires hands‑on expert knowledge across the full operational lifecycle, so you can effectively manage and coach the production teams, ensure consistent SLA / quality / compliance delivery, and serve as operational production backup by stepping into day-to-day processing when coverage or volume requires.

You will work across DBS production environments/locations (4 within Buenos Aires area) as needed to meet business demand and customer commitments. This is not a desk‑only supervisory role - candidates must be able to lead and also perform end‑to‑end mail/print production activities as operational backup when required.
