Our Lifemark Hazelwood Physiotherapy is located in the heart of Surrey’s Fleetwood area, just south of the Fraser Highway. The clinic has operated since 1993 in a 4,000‑square‑foot space with 10 treatment rooms, a full gym for physiotherapy and rehab clients, free parking, a wheelchair‑accessible second‑floor location, an elevator for convenience, and a fragrance‑free facility.
