Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the firm’s litigation docketing strategy
- Evaluate and assess current docketing software and identify process improvement opportunities
- Research and interpret state and federal court rules and perform date calculations
- Provide guidance on filing procedures across various courts and agencies
- Manage the workload, performance, and professional development of direct reports on the docketing team
- Oversee the auditing of all cases and provide quality control for all docket entries
