We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dock Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our clients warehouse center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, and proficiency with various ERP and warehouse management systems. This role involves supervising dock activities, managing team performance, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing workflow efficiency.
Operational Leadership:
Leads by example and maintains a strong presence on the dock.

Hands-on leader who is willing to operate a forklift (“jump on a motor”) whenever required.

Effectively prioritizes workload to meet departure and delivery schedules.

Makes sound decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Holds employees accountable while maintaining a respectful and professional work environment.
