DOCK MANAGER Position Summary The Dock Manager is responsible for overseeing all dock operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of freight through the facility. This position provides direct leadership to dock personnel while managing inbound and outbound freight operations, inventory control, freight exception processes, documentation accuracy, and operational performance. The Dock Manager works closely with terminal leadership, drivers, warehouse personnel, customer service teams, and customers to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
