Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for business partners, managers, and employees seeking advice and counsel on all workforce matters.
• In unionised sites, administer the bargained agreement between the Company and Union including grievances.
• Administer processes, policies, and programmes related to compensation (e.g., merit increases, PDP ratings), training & development, staffing, and employee relations.
• Communicate programme changes to the management team and employees.
• Oversee the corrective action process for the site.
• Assist with internal investigations concerning possible violations of codes of conduct.
