• dOperational Coordination: Manage directly operated and authorized stores, set sales plans and targets, and lead the region to achieve higher market share
• .Operational Implementation: Monitor daily store standards and market activities to maximize brand image and store efficiency
• .Team Empowerment: Lead the regional team, conduct training, build a talent pipeline, and increase the number of reliable personnel
• .Multi-Party Collaboration: Collaborate with new retail platforms to promote business, maintain good relationships with authorized dealers and suppliers, and ensure successful cooperation
