Job Description

As a key member of the Global Wholesale Banking – Division Employee Experience team, you will be responsible for driving the strategies for employee experience pillars of Recognising and Developing; managing the communication strategy and building content to amplify employees’ achievements and impact on the business and community; and supporting manager enablement through data analysis of learning trends of employees.

What you do

  • Strategise, build and drive an employee experience framework and programs to manage communications and engagement, with a focus on employee recognition and professional development.
  • Drive employee recognition through internal and external awards programmes and own the communications plan to amplify awardees’ contributions and achievements.
  • Drive initiatives and oversight of employee development and learning through data analysis to support people managers’ enablement and sharpen learning focus for employees.
