Division 8 Estimator / Hardware Specialist

Accurate Door & Hardware Co. is seeking a skilled Division 8 Estimator / Hardware Specialist to support commercial and multi-family projects by producing accurate, competitive quotations for doors, frames, hardware, and related specialties . In this role, you will review drawings and specifications, complete takeoffs, coordinate pricing and lead times with suppliers, and prepare tender submissions-ensuring scopes, exclusions, and documentation are clear and complete. You'll work closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver reliable pricing, manage revisions efficiently, and support a smooth handoff from bid to order.
