This leadership role involves overseeing multiple crews and office staff while assisting in employee development, recruitment, and safety measures. You will play a key part in creating new business strategies and driving sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all operations within the residential team
• Direct several crews and support office staff
• Oversee recruitment and employee training efforts
• Assist in developing regional strategies for growth
• Manage district sales and equipment resources
Requirements:
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Post-secondary degree preferred
• ISA Certified Arborist credentials
