We’re seeking a motivated and ambitious leader who is driven to deliver strong results, inspire teams, and elevate performance. This position is responsible for leading the District in the North and West of Melbourne operating in a fast-paced, high-growth market.
This role will provide you the opportunity to drive results, strengthen team capability, and support the ongoing development of restaurant leaders.
More specifically, as a District Manager your areas of responsibility are:
Providing Safety Leadership through our Work Safe, Home Safe strategy
Creating a 200% Guest Obsessed Culture in every restaurant, where every moment counts in delivering exceptional experiences
Leading a high-performing team with a strong talent pipeline, focused on identifying, developing, and retaining top talent
Building the brand and sales via effective business planning
