Description
Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers across a national portfolio of retail locations

Reinforce a proactive, service-driven selling culture focused on clienteling, product knowledge, and long-term customer relationships

Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, coach teams, and identify opportunities to improve performance

Analyze sales performance, productivity, and operational metrics to drive consistent top-line growth

Ensure brand standards are upheld across merchandising, visual presentation, store operations, and customer experience

Build strong teams through recruitment, coaching, succession planning, and performance management

Collaborate with internal partners across merchandising, e-commerce, and operations to execute retail strategies and initiatives
