Matric
4 years Insurance work experience
Financial Services Industry experience will be beneficial
RE5 (desirable)
Appoint & manage a team of selected Sales managers
Plan and execute marketing strategies and tactics
Manage poor performance and implement processes to achieve targets
Manage daily business operations
Compile weekly reports
