Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• 4 years’ Insurance work experience
• Financial Services Industry experience will be beneficial
• RE5 (desirable)
• Appoint & manage a team of selected Sales managers
• Plan and execute marketing strategies and tactics
• Manage poor performance and implement processes to achieve targets
• Manage daily business operations
• Compile weekly reports
