Job Purpose
This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading people, materials, equipment and processes in order to achieve established safety, quality, delivery, and profit goals while maintaining positive employee relations. They will apply lean manufacturing tools and techniques to continuously improve safety, cost, quality, and efficiency in their area.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to and implementing CNH safety programs, policies, and regulations.
- Supervise the area for abnormalities in the standard in man, material, machine, and method and take appropriate actions in a timely manner to deal with these abnormalities, including abnormalities in standard processes, standard machine operation, product quality, and logistics management.
