Position Summary
Plan and coordinate the packaging strategy to ensure timely material collection from the warehouse and proper packaging of customer orders. Manage workforce to guarantee orders are delivered accurately and on time to the traffic team. Provide follow-up on CSR requests and ensure smooth daily operations within the packaging area.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on daily and weekly packaging plans to meet customer demand
- Manage and supervise warehouse personnel (pickers and packers)
- Coordinate special customer or internal requests
- Create deliveries and ensure proper system execution
- Provide support to traffic and quality departments
- Ensure compliance with 6S standards in packaging areas and aisles
- Monitor order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate shipment
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and audits as required
