Job ResponsibilitiesChannel & Distributor Network DevelopmentSource, negotiate and onboard regional distributors, ESS integrators and installation contractors; establish tiered distribution network and achieve annual channel expansion & sales KPIs.Design distributor rebate policies, governance rules and enablement programs to deliver pre‐sales technical training and after‐sales capability building for channel partners.Identify commercial/residential storage & automotive OEM project opportunities and drive end‐to‐end regional business execution.Build Localized End‐to‐End After‐Sales System from ScratchConstruct local after‐sales organization: arrange resident field engineers, audit & qualify third‐party service vendors, deploy authorized regional repair sites.Draft full set of after‐sales SOPs: service request workflow, on‐site maintenance specs, warranty claim rules, spare parts replacement & returns, customer complaint closed‐loop management.Oversee spare parts warehouse planning: ...
