Distribution Director – Family Office & Institutional - Chubb Investment Management

Highly motivated self-starter able to proactively assume responsibility and add value in designing and managing the distribution process.

Currently hold or eligible to hold a RO type 1 and type 4 license. 

Strong Family Office & EAM network in HK and Asia with evidence of successful sales into these channels.

Oversee and help to manage the overall dealing operations.

Participate in the development of new products and business initiatives to ensure they meet all regulatory requirements.

Provide training and support to staff on sales and compliance-related issues and promote a strong culture of compliance and ethics.

Experience in working with HK licensed insurance agents would be extremely beneficial in this role. 

Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required.
