Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure client expectations related to project scope are met and exceeded.
  • Establish and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop project planning documents and client progress reports.
  • Support development of proposals, project cost estimates and project schedules.
  • Coordinate and/or facilitate key meetings or review points: project kick‑off meetings, IFR/IFC review, constructability review, construction kick‑off, etc., and follow through all action items to completion.
  • Provide proactive project change, risk and stakeholder management support.
  • Act as the primary technical interface for the projects and provide advice and guidance to the engineering disciplines.
  • Ensure procurement packages are produced in accordance with project cost, schedule and quality requirements.
