Distribution Centre Technical Specialist
The purpose of this role is to provide 24/7/365 operations support for the Warehouse Management system, as well as devices used within the distribution centre. The Print Administration Associate I role is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration and support of network equipment, workstations, laptops, and software. This role also performs clerical logistic duties as required. Shift work or unusual hours may be required to accommodate the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform label processing activities (creation of custom labels, sorting, etc.) on a daily/nightly basis.
- Assist with system upgrades (e.g. hardware, software), and related duties, including providing support for the Warehouse Management system and Vendor Management systems within the logistics environment.
