ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is responsible for providing administration assistance, associated with the management of stock and disposal of vehicles to meet or exceed our client’s and the business’s requirements by processing returned assets from arrival through to completion of sale, to the wider Disposal Team.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate transport of end-of-lease vehicles to designated return locations.
• Process supplier and auction invoices within 14 days.
• Ensure vehicles are entered into all systems within 24 hours of arrival.
• Process client charges, including unfair wear and tear fees.
